The Economy-some possible solutions

One thing that will help our economy would be to bring our troops home. The longer they're gone, the more it costs us. Whether it be emotional or economical, war costs too much. Have you noticed that everytime there is a war, our taxes rise. Our soldiers lose jobs because they have to leave to fight. More money is spent on supplying troops with everything they might need-artilary, medical supplies, clothes, food, and anything else that we can give them.
Let's not talk about the toll it is on the families. Husbands and wives, mothers, daughters, sons and dads. Whether it is in leaving, not making it back home, the people left behind, just the uncertainty of war period-in the end, it all adds up.
Another solution to strengthen the economy would be if the government would pay off their debts.
Also, if big businesses would drop their prices, things will possibly pick up and people will get more work, therefore, people would get more work. People would be able to buy things again. Things being made in the USA is not a bad idea either. Although imports are more cost effective to companies, imported items seem to exporting jobs.

Our New President.....what do you think?

Friday, January 23, 2009

What do you think is most important for your community right now?

There are soooo many problems with our country that it seems one thing leads to another while nothing leads to a solution. We have a historical start with a new president. We have historical lows in jobs with more and more companies shutting their doors. We have historical lows in real estate. There are also problems with healthcare-meds are way too expensive. Also, people are going around in there daily lives uncovered by any insurance whatsoever. Whether it be by air, water, or just everyday litter, there is pollution in many ways to our beloved environment. Not to mention, our troops are not yet home.
The president has a lot on his plate!! Can we leave it all up to him? Can we really leave all this responsibility that has accumulated over years of time to this one man? Is there anything we can do? Are the days really gone of a proactive solution? (not the face care product.) Are the days gone where we come together as a people and help each other get off the ground? What can we do to help ourselves and each other?
What changes would you like to see in your community? What does it need most? What sort of businesses does your community need?

Tribal Sovereignty

We mean no disrespect to our former president, as we haven't ran for any office ourselves. We do ,however, ask most respectively that if and when one does run for leader of, I don't know, the free world, you know what simple high school definitions are such as....sovereignty. It might do justice to some people that are in government that they know what government means.
